Lower Merion Commissioners Honor Gladwyne Assistant Chief

At last night's Lower Merion Commissioners meeting, the commissioners recognized Assistant Chief Christopher Flanagan for receiving Pennsylvania's EMS Volunteer Of The Year Award. The statewide award honored Chris for more than 25 years of service to the EMS community, including 16 years as Chief of Narberth Ambulance of Lower Merion Township.

Chris' wife Judy, who is also a Gladwyne firefighter, and his sons, Pearce and Colin, were on hand to share the occasion.

Congratulation Chris, you deserve it.
