Tonight, Lower Merion Township Officials gathered at the newly renovated Fire Training Grounds in Penn Vally for a ribbon cutting ceremony. Gladwyne was honored to provide a demonstration / live burn to show the officials how important the training facility is to our firefighters. After the ceremony, Gladwyne Firefighters returned to the firehouse to clean up and turn around and go right back to the tower for our weekly drill. After multiple live burn sessions, we returned to the firehouse for an EXCELLENT home cooked meal that consisted of London Broil, Chicken, Burgers, Wings, Hot Dogs, and salad, that was all prepared by Judy Flanagan, John Robb, and Alan David! Thanks for the great food!
