Gladwyne Members Attend Firefighting II Preperation Class

Twelve Gladwyne Firefighters joined together with members from the other 6 Township Fire Companies to attend the Firefighting II State preperation class. Over the last month members have been attending class two nights a week to prepare for the upcoming certification test next week. On Monday night May 4, 2009 the class traveled to the PECO Fire Training Academy to review / handle Gas / Electric Emergencies. The pictures show the firefighters controlling a Gas fed Fire. Thank You to the Montgomery County Fire Academy and Herb Adams for the organization of the class. Good Luck to all of the Lower Merion Township Firefighters in your upcoming test!
