Extreme Roof Work Training With Our Friends From PFD
By Deputy Chief Blaine Leis
October 13, 2010
Tonight Chris and Tim Murtaugh from Philadelphia Fire Department came to Gladwyne to assist us with drill. Chris and Tim took crews to the roof of our acquired structure that was donated by a generous resident who is rebuilding a new house. Gladwyne members rotated though multiple roof scenarios and also a review of thermal imaging cameras in the smoke filled basement. As always our members gained excellent knowledge from Chris and Tim who often come to Gladwyne to provide training to our members.
