Gladwyne Firefighters Assist On Two Dwelling Fires Just prior to 10am, Gladwyne Firefighters assisted Union Fire Association with reported dryer fire

Engine 24s crew of 4 responded immediately on the upgrade from an appliance fire to a dwelling fire. The fire was contained to the dryer with minimal extension.

Just after 4pm, Gladwyne firefighters responded as a duty crew of 5 to assist Narberth Fire Company on a reported basement fire. Lower Merion Police Department arrived and reported a working basement fire bringing the rest of the department. Engine 24s crew stretched a 2nd line and knocked first floor extension.
