Gladwyne Firefighters traveled to Upper Merion Township on Thursday night to take part in Firefighter Glenn Montgomery’s official swearing in ceremony at the Township Board of Supervisors meeting.

Glenn has been a volunteer at Gladwyne for the past 6 years but has been a firefighter in Lower Merion for 20 years at the Penn Wynne Fire Company - Station 21 and also the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore. Members from multiple Lower Merion Companies were on hand to witness this great achievement for Glenn.

We know that Glenn will be a great addition to the Upper Merion Township Fire and EMS Department.
