Gladwyne Firefighters responded this morning at 0229 hours to assist Station 55 (Conshohocken Fire Department) for a house fire

Upon arrival , crews found heavy fire coming out of the 3rd floor windows of a twin house on West 4th Ave. Ladder 24 was 2nd due Ladder truck assigned to the rear of the building in the alley between W 3rd and W 4th Avenues. The crews assisted with multiple tasks on the fire ground until being released at 0400 hours.

Great Job to all those on scene to extinguish the fire quickly and keep it from spreading to either of the houses next to the main fire building.
