Gladwyne Firefighters along with Belmont Hills and George Clay Firefighters all responded to the Expressway this morning at 0344 hours for a tractor trailer fire. Upon arrival of E24 the crew found a trailer with the back half well involved in fire. Crews learned there was meat products in the truck and the fire was extinguished by a collective effort of all 3 fire companies. Crews remained on the highway for approximately 90 minutes.
