Gladwyne Firefighters were busy Wednesday afternoon handling multiple water rescues during the heavy rains that swept through the area. In all total Gladwyne's Swift water Rescue Unit staffed with 10 rescuers were dispatched to 6 different water rescue's throughout Lower Merion Township.

Fortunately, there were no serious injuries in any of the incidents.
