Engine 24 was dispatched to assist Bryn Mawr at a car fire at Spring Mill Road and County Line Road.

This is not a normal occurrence, but due to mechanical issues with Bryn Mawr’s 2 engines they were already borrowing Engine 24-1 from us until an emergency repair could be made on their truck.

Firefighters from Bryn Mawr and Gladwyne utilized Engine 24-1 and Engine 24 to extinguish the stubborn gasoline fire.

Firefighters were on scene for just over and hour.
