Ladder 24 was dispatched to assist Swedeland Firefighters at a building fire at the Philadelphia Inquirer building on River Road in Upper Merion Township. Ladder 24 arrived and provided Rapid Intervention Team (safety crew for firefighters inside the building) duties until the fire was placed under control, then we assisted with clean up. Great job by the first in crews for extinguishing the fire.
