Just after 7pm tonight Gladwyne Firefighters were dispatched along with the Township Rescue Companies (Belmont Hills and Penn Wynne) and Narberth Ambulance to Conshohocken State Road and Lafayette Road for a Vehicle Rescue. The dispatch center advised that a vehicle had left the roadway and was being held upright on a hill by good samaritans on location. Upon arrival we found a single car accident with a victim in serious condition laying on the ground. Firefighters immediately started rendering aid to the accident victim and assisted Narberth Ambulance with getting the patient into the ambulance. Other firefighters secured the vehicle which was in a precarious position on the hill.

Firefighters were on scene for just over 30 mins.

Thank You to all of our assist companies for the help!
