| Gladwyne Firefighters along with Merion Fire Company of Ardmore to assist, were dispatched to a residence on Williamson Road tonight for Chimney Fire. Gladwyne firefighters arrived to find burning embers coming from the top of the chimney landing on the roof of the house, with an active fire in the chimney as well.
Gladwyne firefighters with the help of the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore firefighters were able to keep the fire from spreading and extinguished the fire in the chimney.
Thank you to our brothers and sisters from Merion Fire Company of Ardmore for the help! Great Job to all those that responded. |
