| Gladwyne Firefighters were alerted just before one in the morning to assist with a 4 alarm fire in Norristown Boro. Air 24 responded to Norristown and assisted at the scene filling air packs and providing scene lighting until just before 6 am.
Norristown Fire Department and all of the mutual aid companies that responded did an excellent job of rescuing the occupants of the building that were trapped due to the fire.
Unfortunately there was a fatality at the fire and our Thoughts and prayers are with the family members of the victim. |
