| Just after 0730 hrs Bryn Mawr Fire Company was dispatched to Mt Pleasant Road in Villanova for a Garage Fire. Assistant 21 (Gilbert) arrived on location within seconds and provided the report of smoke showing, which brought the working fire upgrade. Engine 24-1 and Ladder 23 arrived and went in service with one 1-3/4 water line off of Engine 24-1 and extinguished a small fire in a detached garage. Chief 23 (Gallagher) held the assignment to Engine 24-1 and Ladder 23 and recalled the balance. Crews checked for extension, overhauled the garage and were back in service within 30 minutes.
