Dump Truck Fire on the Highway
Gladwyne Volunteer Fire Company, March 12
Gladwyne Volunteer Fire Company and Belmont Hills Fire Company Firefighters responded back up on the expressway this morning for another truck fire. This time it was a dump truck. We spent the night on the expressway at a tractor trailer fire….
Just after midnight at 0036 hours Station 22 Belmont Hills Fire Company, Gladwyne Volunteer Fire Company, George Clay Fire Company - Station 39 and Union Fire Association was dispatched to the Schuylkill Expressway Eastbound in the area of mile marker 333.0 for a tractor trailer on fire.

Two Dwelling Fires Today!
Gladwyne Volunteer Fire Company, March 04
Gladwyne Firefighters Assist On Two Dwelling Fires Just prior to 10am, Gladwyne Firefighters assisted Union Fire Association with reported dryer fire
Engine 24s crew of 4 responded immediately on the upgrade from an appliance fire to a dwelling fire. The fire was contained to the dryer with minimal extension.
