After the Engine left the station on the way to the call, we found Rowdy (our firehouse Dalmatian) waiting for his friends on the Engine to get back.

Fortunately, the call was not serious and Rowdy’s friends returned a short time later.

Just after midnight on Wednesday May 13, Gladwyne Firefighters were dispatched to assist the Radnor Fire Company with a large mansion fire. Engine 24 was dispatched to provide the RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) duties at the fire and upon arrival command changed their assignment to fire suppression on the 2nd floor.
