Just before 6pm Gladwyne Firefighters were dispatched to assist Bryn Mawr and Radnor Fire Companies at a house fire on Sproul Road in Radnor Township. Engine 24 was originally dispatched as the RIT team and Air 24 to fill SCBA cylinders. Upon arrival the Engine crew was requested to assist with firefighting activities by the Incident Commander. Ardmore Fire Company was then dispatched immediately to assume the RIT team assignment.
