Gladwyne Firefighters have kept busy the last few days! Today was no different and Gladwyne Firefighters handled 3 more calls! The first call of the day was a fire alarm on Spring Mill Road at the Riverbend Environmental Center, fortunately there was no serious problem there. Then shortly after 7:30 pm, Gladwyne Firefighters were dispatched to assist the Penn Wynne Fire Company at a Carbon Monoxide Incident at the Greenhill Apartments on City Line Ave. Air 24 responded and was in service for several hours fill air cylinders for the firefighters that were investigating the CO leak. While the Air truck was in Penn Wynne, Gladwyne was dispatched to a car fire at Conshohocken State Road and Wesleys Run in the western portion of our district. Engine 24 responded immediately and extinguished the fire.

Great Job by all of our Firefighters who have been responding to calls and training in the last 48 hours!
